Словарный запас шашлыка на английском языке Australian Flag:

красный мангал с сосисками, солонкой и бутыочкой соуса

People sometimes use the abbreviation BBQ to say barbecue. But nobody pronounces it "BBQ", but barbecue. A barbecue can be a party, for example, when you tell your friend "come to my house for a barbecue" or the thing we usually use for cooking food. Sometimes it is called a "grill". When you tell your friend "fire up that grill", you mean "get that thing hot" because I want to slap my sausage on it. Most grills use charcoal. Charcoal is just a pre-burnt wood. Charcoal gives food a special flavour that people enjoy. With a charcoal grill, there are some steps that you need to take, to prepare it. The first thing you should do is to light it up, it means that you put fire to the charcoal, with a lighter. To make it easier, you could use something that catches fire quickly, for example oil. When you finish cooking , you need to put out the fire. As for the food, you need to do some preps. You have to marinate the meat. A marinade is a liquid with a special flavour, in which you keep meat for some hours or overnight, so that the meat absorbs (takes in) the flavour and becomes tasty. Some people prefer to grill beef or lamb, other prefer chicken, ribs, or even fish!. After that you need to cut up the vegetables, or the veggies. That means you cut them into small pieces. When cooking food on the grill, you should make sure that the food doesen't burn, and that it cookes properly, because no ones loves uncooked meat. One thing you can do is flip the burgers over. That means you turn them from one side to the other. If you flip the burgers like a chef, they would probably fall. You can turn the steaks over, so that they don't burn. When you finish eating the delicious food and driniking the tasty drinks, there is a big job ahead of you, waiting to be done. You have to clean up the area. You shouldn't leave any plastic bags or empty cans lying around on the ground. It's unesthetical. Some people leave their trash on the grass, and when you are walking on the grass, sometimes you step on one of them. Everyone should be responsible and pick up their garbage. Never leave garbage behind, put it in the garbage, or as they say throw it out. The last thing you do to keep your grill in tip top shape is scraping it down. It means that you take a metal object, such as a metal brush, and clean it of food rests. So, enjoy your barbecue, eat up, drink up and have a time with your friends or family.
